Rellevate

Rellevate is a new payment platform for:

  • Honorariums
  • Human Subject Payments
  • Participant Costs
  • Non-Employee Per Diem
  • Bus Driver Gratuities

Key Features

Higher Annual Payments

  • Choosing to use Rellevate will allow payments of up to $1,799 in a calendar year before the department is advised that a vendor form is required.
  • Otherwise, any participant receiving $200 or more in payments within a calendar year will have to be set up as a vendor with University Payables.

Better Tracking

  • Rellevate will track payments and alert the department when a vendor form is required.
  • University Payables will be able to pull payment amounts directly from Rellevate requiring no end of year reporting by the department.

NOTE: Rellevate cannot be used to pay foreign nationals. Questions regarding payments to foreign nationals should be directed to University Payroll & Benefits.

Who to Ask

For questions, issues or to provide feedback related to the system, please complete a Service Request Form.

Select University Payables (Invoice, Vendor ID, Travel, P-Card, Emburse, Rellevate), then select Rellevate Payment Program.
